Budget Adjustment Restricted:

Budget adjustments (File, Budget, Browse Budget, Adjust button) cannot be made to a budget for a different fiscal year than the current budget fiscal year setting in the system file (Setup, System Data, General System Data, Budget Fiscal Year).

Support For Building Permits 4.490 Added:

General Ledger now supports transfer from version 4.490 of Building Permits as well as previous versions back to 4.42x.

Installation:

Do not install this version until all other IMS applications have been updated to the versions listed below.  General Ledger data files will be converted automatically when this release is first run.  This release requires the Pervasive SQL database.
