Designed for cities and private cemeteries, Cemetery Lot Manager brings together all of your
cemetery record-keeping functions. This is a user-friendly program that manages records of lot ownership and tracks
payment history for spaces. With this program you can manage multiple cemeteries in a single database.
Users can view all cemeteries data, or data for a specific cemetery.
Users can have their custom deed form created for a nominal charge,
and this form will pull the data from the program.
Deed forms can include signatures as well as your municipality logo.
Included are built-in reports detailing sales by a specified date range, a delinquent payment list, a spaces by location report, and receipts reports. Users can print mailing labels for owners, and form
letters can be created and generated to send to a subset of the database, such as delinquency letters.
User defined fields allow for customization of the data, and these fields become part of the reporting sort selection. User defined indexing for lots eases spaces search.
Spaces can be located by filling in either all of the find fields, or a few of the find fields - and will display for users spaces that are sold, and pertinent information.
Reports can be viewed on screen prior to printing, and all reports print to windows compatible printers.
Vendor Activity is easily
viewable with the push of a button, revealing to users all vendor
activity by date – and with another button, the user can
drill down to a specific entry to view even more activity detail! |
The Owners file makes it easy to see all spaces owned by that particular individual, as well as the deceased occupying the space. Users can also view any balance owed on a space.
Payment information by Owner gives the user a complete overview of the owner information, spaces and payments for each of the spaces, as well as receipt number.
The program is designed to give users quick access
to a variety of information pertaining to owners, spaces and payment
records.
Information on the deceased is stored, including date of birth,
date of death, date interred and the Funeral Home. Users can select
from a drop down list of Funeral Homes, to eliminate re-keying
of redundant data.
Space availability, and information pertaining to that space, is easily accessed and viewed, making this a viable solution to your cemetery space tracking needs.
